Karma means action, work or deed. It’s Buddhist term from Sanskrit relating to “fate and action”. It maintains you alone are responsible for your actions. Please notice that good things happen around you when you do some good. Let’s just say there is cause and effect in the natural world and in all our lives.
LoveTide water carries that message to encourage you to improve yourself and help others. You will be pleasantly surprised that creating good Karma through good intent and good deed contribute to your own wellbeing and future happiness
You will already be aware that your life today is just a reflection of your past. You created it, you can’t change the past but you can improve the future. Your destiny is up to you, you can change.
So take some steps to realise where you are now and that you have more control than you think over your future.
Be kind to yourself then help others
A principle of the emergency services, fire and ambulance, when arriving at an accident is a good one to follow. They first ensure they themselves and their immediate team are safe. Think about your own health and wellbeing then you will be able to help others more effectively.
Helping others will make you feel better too. Life pays back what you put in, somehow, somewhere good deeds come back to you. It may not be in obvious ways, especially if you look too hard. There are millions out there who know this but many who don’t.
So, drink the water and perhaps take a walk, find someone to hug. Why not make that change? Small steps at first, that’s all it takes. Make a list, a promise to yourself to make a start. Enlist in that gym, give your time to someone who needs it more than you, just a little, and perhaps consider mindfulness, meditation or any of the practices of Yoga or Tai Chi.
Be kind to yourself then pay that kindness on from your good fortune and help others.
